Kale and Spinach Patties

Ingredients
- 2 cups kale and spinach leaves roughly chopped up
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup lukewarm water filtered
- 8 tbsp mixed fresh herbs mint, dill, parsley, coriander, tarragon
- 3 stalks spring onions
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 whole lemon zest and juice
Instructions
- In a food processor or a Thermomix chop up the greens
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Mix well
- Let it sit for 10 minutes
- Fry little patties in a bit of coconut oil
- Serve with homemade aioli (made with coconut or greek yoghurt) or any other condiment of your choice
