Ingredients

cups
kale and spinach leaves
roughly chopped up

cup
chickpea flour
1
cup
lukewarm water
filtered
8
tbsp
mixed fresh herbs
mint, dill, parsley, coriander, tarragon
3
stalks
spring onions
1
tsp
himalayan salt
2
tbsp
olive oil
extra virgin
1
whole
lemon
zest and juice
Instructions
In a food processor or a Thermomix chop up the greens
Add the rest of the ingredients
Mix well
Let it sit for 10 minutes
Fry little patties in a bit of coconut oil
Serve with homemade aioli (made with coconut or greek yoghurt) or any other condiment of your choice
