Mango Salad
Goes very well with fish or meat

Ingredients
- 1 mango diced
- 1/2 red pepper diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 handful coriander leaves chopped
- 1 large shallot finely chopped
- juice of half a lime
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Just throw everything together and enjoy! 😊
Notes
You can add some freshly chopped up red chilli if you’re like me and love a bit of spice 😄
